Recently, a comprehensive cooperation signing ceremony took place in Da Nang City between Lekata Real Estate Group (Lexington Taka Real Estate Co., Ltd) and Sun Frontier Real Estate Group (Japan), marking a significant milestone in the bilateral partnership in the field of investment and development of high-rise real estate in Vietnam.

The HIYORI Aqua Tower project – Ocean Tower Condominium, is a successor to the success of HIYORI Garden Tower, a project that made a strong mark in the Da Nang market with a 100% sales rate and on-schedule handover in December 2019, comprising 306 apartments.
HIYORI Aqua Tower boasts a prime location in Son Tra District, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes to Son Tra Peninsula, and 15 minutes to the city center. The project is developed according to Japanese standards, encompassing interior and exterior design, living spaces, and the use of high-quality equipment from reputable Japanese brands.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hiroyuki Kaite – Strategic Director of Lekata Group affirmed: “The HIYORI Aqua Tower project reflects the strong commitment of Lekata and Sun Frontier to creating high-quality living spaces that harmonize with nature and local culture. It also marks a milestone in the long-term strategic partnership between the two nations.”
As the primary developer, Sun Frontier oversees the entire process, from planning and obtaining permits to construction and sales. This is Sun Frontier’s second project in Da Nang, following the success of HIYORI Garden Tower.
HIYORI Aqua Tower has solid legal status with permanent ownership and is expected to be handed over in Q3 2026. Upon completion, the project will be a high-end residential complex, catering to international visitors and contributing to the growth of tourism and the economy of Da Nang City.
